Plant Returns:
All plant sales are final. We work hard to provide you with vibrant, healthy plants that will thrive. Once you have purchased plants from the greenhouse, they become your plants. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot be held responsible for them once they leave our care.
If there is a concern about quality, the plants must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be given. We will consult with the customer on a case by case basis. A plant credit or exchange may be issued, or we may offer advice to help resolve the concern.
Product Returns:
Garden products and hard goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. They must be unopened and in original packaging. Just bring the product(s) into the store during our regular business hours and we will happily give you a store credit or refund.
All sales are final on edible products such as fresh eggs, berries, and honey. There is no guarantee on hatching eggs. We do everything in our power to ensure maximum viability, but there are too many variables during incubation for us to be held responsible for a poor hatch rate.
