Plant Pre-orders
Pre-orders should be picked up at Brick House Acres during Opening Weekend (Hours). Mark your calendar. If you’re unable to pick up then, please contact us to make other arrangements. There is a $5 service fee per order.
You are responsible to pick up any orders you place. If you fail to pick up your order at the designated time, your plants become the property of Brick House Acres and will be placed back up for sale. There is a 20% restocking fee on cancelled/abandoned orders.
Garden Supplies
Garden supplies added to a pre-order should be picked up with your plants on the dates shown above. If you need them at some other time, contact us to schedule pick-up. We’re usually available Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm by appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be mailed or picked up at the farm. To mail to a friend, type their name and address in the notes section at checkout along with any message you want to include. To pick up at the farm, contact us to schedule an appointment.
