HEIRLOOM: 20 days. A vigorous, all-season cut and come again arugula with long, silky leaves and delicious flavor. Astro is not as peppery as standard types. Mild and very tender as a baby green, gaining a little spice with maturity. Arugula perks up salads, sandwiches, and even pizza. Nutty flavored flowers can be used in salads or stir-fries.
